Job Descriptions
- Plan, conduct, and ensure the implementation of training services, fit with the standards and methodology to meet the criteria and requirements according to customer needs and the company’s target
- Tailor and adjust training presentations as appropriate for different audiences
Basic Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University (Master Degree is preferred)
- Have experience as Trainer more than 5 years
- Have knowledge in Training Needs Analysis, Training Design & Implementation, Training Evaluation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and implementing training goals and strategies based on broader organization goals
- Must be self-motivated and solution oriented, and have good follow through
- High level of creativity and vision
- Can travel frequently
- A strong focus on internal customers’ needs and satisfaction. A qualified candidate will be focused on how training contributes to the company’s bottom line.
- Excellent presentation skills with small and large groups
